The bebebark is a small, eco-friendly day-to-night bag made by Natacha Seroussi for LaFlore. Bebebark combines historical Parisian beauty and a traditional square proportion with the everyday usefulness required by modern women and is made from premium, sustainable cork bark.
It may be worn as a backpack, a shoulder bag, a crossbody bag, or a clutch thanks to its removable and adjustable straps. The brass clasp opens 180 degrees, giving you a full view of the inside of the bag. The bag's interior pockets and dividers were created to keep your essentials organized, and a secret zipper on the side allows fast access to your phone.

All of our bags are lovingly created by hand. Our environmentally friendly cork material is always sourced from Portugal, and our lining is created from recycled cotton. Our international team of artisans and workshops has been at the forefront of eco-friendly and sustainable handcraft developments.
The bag's design begins in our Parisian atelier, where we conceptualize and sketch the bag before creating a sample. It can take anywhere from 6 months to a year to conceptualize and create the first design, and sometimes even longer. Throughout this process, we keep in close contact with our team of artisans, who have over 30 years of experience manufacturing high-end handbags. Samples are studied and tested until they are totally flawless in terms of design and quality.

Better than Leather
Our bag is crafted from premium cork skin harvested in Portugal and polished to a soft, supple texture similar to leather.
Cork is as tough and long-lasting as leather, yet it's three times lighter. It's absolutely natural and ethical. The bark of the cork tree is collected and harvested every 7 to 9 years, with little harm to the trees. In fact, this form of harvesting encourages trees to thrive and produce more oxygen.
